All survey data collected through this platform will be anonymized and may be used for research purposes. This research helps us improve our platform and contribute to industry benchmarks on employee engagement. Personal identifiers are removed from all data used for research.
The anonymized data contributes to industry benchmarks that help organizations understand how they compare to others in their industry or similar sized organizations. These benchmarks provide valuable context for interpreting survey results and identifying areas for improvement.
3. Licensing Options
While the platform is free to use, organizations that wish to opt out of contributing their anonymized data to our research and industry benchmarks must purchase a license. This license fee supports our continued development of the platform while allowing you to maintain exclusive control over your data.
4. Privacy Commitment
We take your privacy seriously. All survey responses are anonymized before being used for any research purposes. Individual responses cannot be linked back to specific employees. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect all data stored in our system.
For organizations using our platform, we provide aggregated results that ensure no individual responses can be identified when fewer than five responses exist for any specific demographic group.
5. Data Storage & Retention
Survey data is stored securely on our servers. Organizations can access their own survey results for as long as they maintain an active account. If an organization decides to delete their account, all identifiable organizational data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, although anonymized data may be retained for research purposes.
6. Compliance
Our platform is designed to comply with relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable. We act as a data processor for the organizations using our platform, and each organization remains the data controller for their employees' survey responses.
Organizations using our platform are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate legal basis for collecting employee feedback and should inform employees about how their data will be processed.
7. Changes to Terms and Data Policy
We may update these Terms and Conditions and Data Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
