This Employee Engagement Survey platform is provided free of charge. By using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
The platform is intended for organizations to gather employee feedback through surveys. Users must be authorized representatives of their organization to create and manage surveys.
Anonymous Data for Benchmarking & Research
By using this platform, you agree that anonymized survey data may be used for industry benchmarking and research purposes. All personal identifiers are permanently removed before any data is used for these purposes.
This anonymized data helps create valuable industry benchmarks that allow organizations to compare their engagement scores against similar companies by industry, size, and region. Individual responses can never be traced back to any person or organization.
The research conducted using this anonymized data contributes to advancing the field of employee engagement and organizational psychology, benefiting all platform users.
Licensing Options
While the platform is free to use, organizations that wish to opt out of contributing their anonymized data to our research and industry benchmarks must purchase a license.
This license fee supports our continued development of the platform while allowing you to maintain exclusive control over your data.
Privacy Commitment
We take your privacy seriously. All survey responses are anonymized before being used for any research purposes. Individual responses cannot be linked back to specific employees.
For organizations using our platform, we provide aggregated results that ensure no individual responses can be identified when fewer than five responses exist for any specific demographic group.
Data Storage & Retention
Survey data is stored securely on our servers. Organizations can access their own survey results for as long as they maintain an active account.
If an organization decides to delete their account, all identifiable organizational data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, although anonymized data may be retained for research purposes.
PDPA & International Compliance
Our platform is fully compliant with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), as well as GDPR, CCPA, and other international data protection regulations. We act as a data processor for the organizations using our platform.
We implement all required PDPA safeguards including: obtaining proper consent, providing data subject rights, maintaining data security standards, and ensuring lawful basis for all data processing activities.
Organizations using our platform are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate legal basis for collecting employee feedback and should inform employees about how their data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the platform or via email.
Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
